入門口見到個環境算係乾淨,唔會好似一般燒味舖咁,成地都油咁,鬼死咁冼;而且啲裝修都有啲特色,唔會老老套套咁樣,所以都坐得好自在好舒服。以前從來無聽過乜嘢叫「腩叉」,原來即係用豬腩用嚟燒叉燒。入口係好爽嘅,有啲似食豬頸肉嘅口感,爽得嚟好香嘅叉燒香味。最重要係,佢上枱嗰時,仲係熱辣辣,唔會好似放咗係度好耐凍冰冰咁。仲有佢個花膠碗仔翅,唔係杰撻撻咁,但係落到好足料,可以連醋同胡椒都唔駛落都咁好食,真係好有驚喜。唔會見到一大舊花膠係碗仔翅入面,因為啲花膠切咗做細細粒,我都幾喜歡咁樣,唔駛擘到個口鬼死咁大先食到,又唔駛點「趙」,方便我呢啲懶鬼。

7點半左右去買外賣,員工非常無禮貌,一入去就聽到廚房同樓面講好多單,好唔得閒!廚房竟然同我講唔落單住。眼見唔多人,外賣等既人又唔多,唔通老闆唔係度就推單?我等左一陣,最後樓面問係度等咩......😅唉!落單後我發現取單的號碼同剛叫取外賣的號碼只是 4 張單之差,何來的好多單唔俾落單呢?呢個市道竟然可以用這種的服務態度待客,我實在覺得不可理喻!我又唔係叫腩叉,俾舊叉燒我肥到根本唔可以食到,要求多汁又無多汁,價錢又唔算平,又受氣又食唔到!俾錢食飯仲要受氣,絕不再幫襯!

當日自己放工,覺得想對自己好啲於是選擇這間餐廳。他們的四寶飯非常馳名。我於是去試下。首先他們的叉燒, 精選優質梅頭,而且採用新鮮木瓜蓉醃製,而木瓜天然的酵素,竟然能帶出肉質的鮮味及鬆軟。他們的叉燒也是我近幾年吃過最好食。而我同侍應生講一定要瘦叉燒,這是由於我要求比較高,叉燒沒有一嚿肥肉。另外他們的燒鵝非常美味,他們的燒鵝保留燒鵝的原味及肉汁,火喉十足。燒肉嘅皮很脆。比去深井食更好食。環境唔錯地段一流,殷勤服務的招呼,令我覺得有少少賓至如歸。裏面地方唔係太大但係對我這個要求高嘅人嚟講已經好滿足。😊

我今日點左呢一個燒味拼盤咁就係至尊梅子醬燒鵝三色拼盤三色就係剛才燒鵝啦燒腩仔啦同埋叉燒我覺得試燒味呢三樣都好能夠試到佢最最最真實的一面啦所以就點了這個拼盤我想講係佢來到黃昏這個時間燒腩仔仍然係"堅脆"的跟住呢個叉燒其實佢係我鍾意食偏瘦少少但又唔好好似柴皮咁樣有少少燶邊就一流啦跟住呢個就係個燒鵝啦你見到佢的肉夠實淨鵝皮亦好薄的你見到師傅細心位呢呢個燒鵝皮咁薄又沒有太多肥膏對於我來講是滿心歡喜的當然有些朋友食燒鵝要食肥的其實師傅出菜前呢係有處理過的佢(師傅)係會幫你批/削左肥膏我認為呢件係一件窩心的事
