To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 阿媽話請飲茶。12:30pm去到,一去到就可以入。3個人,比左個廳房6-8人枱我座,下,咁大張。成個場,真係幾多空位,自從改左收加一茶芥之後,人流好似係少左。3個人,叫左:燒鴨飯$12.8--鴨很香,份量多,碗飯仲好大,如果一個人食一碗飽晒。燒鴨拼雞飯--又係鴨,雞就咸少少,雞味就好少好少,普通,冇特別。炸雲吞--$8.8阿媽至愛,脆口,皮厚度適中,入邊有蝦,好味架。脆皮珍珠雞--上枱,以為黎錯左,呢味野原來係腐皮包著燸米。其實即是糯米腐皮卷。潮州粉果--淡口,冇咩味道架喎,唔係咁好食。松子仁牛肉腸粉--阿媽點,佢話有松子仁,好食。我就唔食牛的,只食左少少腸粉皮,又唔覺滑喎。仲有一樣炸物,唔知咩名,睇相啦。$12--呢個我是喜歡的,一層炸皮,是網狀個隻,入邊包左蝦,香口。茶芥$6/位,3個人埋單$95稻香飲茶食點心很不錯,但價錢會常有轉變。集團式經營,服務是不錯的。約好下次飲下午茶,大中小點一律$7.8
