To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事去飲茶,呢間酒樓質素都唔錯,價錢都唔算貴,我覺得合理。我哋叫咗一個燒味飯、乳鴿、雪山叉燒包、紅油抄手。燒味飯真係超級驚喜,燒味份量好多,每樣野味道都好好。叉燒、雞、鵝,燒味飯好高質素,豉油唔會好鹹,好食到幾乎一個人食晒一碟,因為同事唔太鍾意食飯我可以一個人霸左個飯。雪山叉燒包都幾好食,甜甜地,識落我覺得似菠蘿包加叉燒包。個乳鴿我就冇咩點食,感覺上比較鹹。紅油抄手比較普通,食完一次就未必會再食。
