To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為屋企無飯開, 又如常的和朋友出外晚飯, 今晚選擇了方便的尖沙咀區, 最近交通尚算暢順。這間餐廳食物送上效率十分高, 可以快快吃完快回家休息, 也是好事。這間餐廳主打燒鵝和越南粉麵, 也有港式的小菜, 選擇蠻多的。叫了一個越南湯河, 是生牛肉河粉, 深色的湯底看似是牛湯, 原來是濃郁的雞湯來的, 這配搭又幾有新意, 牛肉薄薄片, 份量幾多, 有牛香, 河粉都很滑溜, 但它索湯快, 要快快吃才行。燒虎蝦, 細心的剝了蝦殼, 吃得很方便, 而蝦隻肉質新鮮, 口感爽彈。簡單一個炒菜心, 家裡炒不出這個味道, 恰到好處的蒜香, 每條菜都好甜又沒有渣, 優質。叫多一個燒乳鴿, 細細隻, 皮脆肉嫩, 咸香惹味。
