To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒味挑戰100之7今日嚟到美心皇宮飲茶,其實我真係好鍾意點心車,因為而家真係買少見少。不過先講咋點車係我最唔鍾意嘅點心車,因為炸嘢始終要新鮮,而架車又唔會keep到佢好熱,所以炸點車上嘅炸點始終冇tick點心紙咁好食。就好似我哋叫咗個沙律蝦角,就唔係好夠熱啦。臘腸卷算係好乾身,亦都冇倒汗水,總係覺得佢呢個臘腸卷唔係用平時一包包買嘅美心臘腸,因為比較肥,同肉質冇咁結實。不過味道算係唔錯。已經好耐冇食過乾蒸牛肉燒賣,但呢度嘅牛肉燒賣同山竹牛肉上面嗰啲牛肉完全冇分別,同埋我好記得細個時候食嘅牛肉燒賣上邊會有粒好難食嘅雪藏青豆,燒賣好大粒,但我覺得其實唔係好需要。蝦籽柚皮係最令人失望嘅一樣點心,柚皮夠淋不過有渣,湯汁唔夠味。個汁有啲稀有啲傑,有一浸膠質物體浮左係面,好似開生粉水撈唔均勻咁。叫得燒腩仔就係鍾意佢肥、有脂肪,但係呢一碟一啲肥都冇,到底係咩嚟呢?我哋同經理講請佢換一碟,佢竟然話燒腩仔就係咁,如果唔係咪太肥囉?然後就話同我哋取消。我再諗一諗,豬腩冇脂肪,咁係唔係即係我肚腩上面嘅全部都係肌肉?最後經理都同我哋退咗碟嘢,不過過程就有少少不愉快了。食唔到燒腩仔,我就叫一碟口水牛脷。雖然係冷盤

臘腸卷算係好乾身,亦都冇倒汗水,總係覺得佢呢個臘腸卷唔係用平時一包包買嘅美心臘腸,因為比較肥,同肉質冇咁結實。不過味道算係唔錯。

食唔到燒腩仔,我就叫一碟口水牛脷。雖然係冷盤,但牛脷上枱時依然太冷,個醬汁又鹹又唔好味。
