橫巷內的小店,只能做外賣,由2位泰國人主理,唔好睇舖仔細細,都有很多款式,有串燒、咖喱、炒粉麵飯、湯都有。黃昏時分,肚仔有些餓,又唔想影響晚飯,叫咗幾串串燒。由左至右:雞肉串,醃得入味,肉嫰有肉汁。墨魚丸串,外皮微焦香,墨魚丸肉鬆軟。燒雞全翼,好多時個雞膇位沒燒透而未夠熟,這處會將雞膇位倒轉再燒,以確保熟透。雞皮燒得脆卜卜,內裏仍保持肉汁。豬頸肉串,畧肥,雖邪惡些,可有燒香的豬油混和豬頸肉一起吃,又的確美味得多。沙爹醬,稀稀的,味道唔濃,無乜特別,可以改善些。好在串燒本身調得入味。
