秋天既來臨,又到食串燒既季節,我同朋友不約而同都想試下日式串燒,於是選擇左非常近我地公司既燒烤堂。我地係7點左右黎到,人客唔算好多,侍應好快就帶左我地埋位,坐低冇幾耐,店員就幫我同朋友介紹幾款串燒,招呼十分良好。不得不提嘅係,而家適逢店舖周年紀念,啤酒係買一送一㗎 !椒鹽燒雞軟骨 $16/串好快第一道菜就上啦,係椒鹽燒雞軟骨,雞軟骨燒得岩岩好,椒鹽既鹹味唔會太搶,用黎開胃真係恰到好處。雞肉更加唔洗講,非常之咁入味,包圍軟骨既雞肉入口即溶,好食到不行。芝士燒廣島蠔(2隻) $46/份之後就係芝士燒廣島蠔,肥肥仔既廣島蠔上面放上一塊引人犯罪既芝士,真係好吸睛呀!芝士既味道同蠔肉十分夾,配合新鮮既海水味,真係完美配搭。蒜茸燒廣島蠔(2隻) $46我哋見芝士廣島蠔整得咁出色,於是忍唔住試埋蒜蓉燒廣島蠔!呢款廣島蠔係連殼上碟,原汁原味架!青綠蔥花恰當咁遍佈蠔肉,好似同緊大家講,佢地係幾咁新鮮好味。而大大粒蠔肉被爆香蒜茸緊緊包圍,令人一試忘懷!香煎鹹蛋黃醬墨魚餅 $68/份另一款菜係香煎鹹蛋黃醬墨魚餅,清新既墨魚比香脆既炸皮包裹住,戰士般既墨魚餅著上鹹蛋黃醬金黃既戰甲十分之咁有氣勢,食落入口香脆

好快第一道菜就上啦,係椒鹽燒雞軟骨,雞軟骨燒得岩岩好,椒鹽既鹹味唔會太搶,用黎開胃真係恰到好處。雞肉更加唔洗講,非常之咁入味,包圍軟骨既雞肉入口即溶,好食到不行。

Prime 牛小排 (美國頂級)$48/串


Prime 牛小排?我哋聞說美國向來會按牛肉嘅油花分布,同埋牛隻屠宰時嘅年齡,將肉質分為八個等級。Prime指嘅係「頂級」,屬於牛肉品質最高級別!我哋見呢款牛小排可以獲評咁高等級,當然都忍唔住叫返幾串試下。烤至全熟嘅無骨牛小排,除咗口感細緻豐富之外,仲多左層挑動味蕾嘅香醇風味,簡直叫人齒夾留香。

腐皮餃子(四件)$38/份


最後一道菜係腐皮餃子。話說我呢個朋友超鍾意食腐皮,但腐皮餃子就真係第一次聽。我哋原本以為呢種餃同平時食開個啲水餃好似,但估唔到原來佢係煎餃嚟㗎喎!煎到香噴噴嘅腐皮,包住餣得夠哂入味嘅肉碎,冬菇同馬蹄粒,非常有嚼頭!朋友食完之後,都忍唔住大讚甘香彈牙呀!


食咗咁多道菜之後,我同朋友都捧住個大肚腩離開。
我哋兩個都約定,下次秋意上心頭嘅時候,一定要再黎呢度,風雅咁食住串燒,細細把酒談心。
