行完銅鑼灣,順便搵埋嘢食~見到千里屋食堂價錢OK,就入去試下。千里屋食堂門口都幾多人等位,等左十幾分鐘就到我地~呢間餐廳有好多種不同的和牛食法,有shabushabu、壽喜燒、丼飯&鐵板和牛。我地叫咗一個和牛鐵板3種 (45g x3種)同埋Steak Gozen Premium昆布面豉湯唔鹹,熱辣辣好好飲。和牛出面買都唔平,鐵板和牛有9塊,有牛五花(腩)、牛肩肉同埋里脊肉(大概是近橫膈膜的位置),咬落去非常嫩滑、肉質細緻。更配以洋蔥和粟米作配菜。五花腩係最肥美,咬落去肉汁會流出來,仲會夾雜着油香味tim! 肉眼位近大腿肉,比較有咬口,送飯一流~牛肩肉脂肪比例適中,有濃濃的牛香味!伴隨着上碟的有三種調味料,日式燒汁、鹽和Wasabi,其實加小小鹽調味已經好香口。另一個steak gozen premium都好快就送到,有塊鐵板比我自己燒,輕輕地煎一煎已經OK,肉質新鮮,又幾得意wor!有牛筋腩作前菜,仲有玉子卷同味增湯、白飯,再飲埋提子梳打,呢餐真係好夠飽!
