在港島區工作,放工自自然然在這邊搵食。加上老公轉工過了港島區,一齊吃飯後才歸家,我又可以偷懶不用落廚。很久未去食串燒,今次選擇了在銅鑼灣的鳥居居酒屋,我見網上都有很多好評,應該都不錯。因為中午沒有吃飯,所以早一點去吃晚餐,約6:30到達,可能時間尚早,剛剛開門,只有一圍客人。室內裝修很有和風風格,燈光較暗以配合居酒屋的風格。座位較親密,二人枱空間很少,放了二杯茶及二杯飲品後,只餘半張枱,空間有限,所以上菜時會安排吃完一樣才上第二樣,挺細心的,每樣食物都能夠新鮮熱辣地享用,不怕食物會放涼。菜單梨酒:酒味較重,有淡淡的梨香中和酒味,很清甜。鮮菜沙律:有葛、紅蘿蔔、青瓜、椰菜配上秘製的味噌醬,蔬菜新鮮爽脆,味噌醬味道似中式海鮮醬,醬香帶甜,估唔到這個配搭倒是不錯。和風蒜子蕃茄沙律:蒜味濃郁及醬汁酸酸甜甜,配上少許沙律菜及新鮮蕃茄,為平淡的蔬菜增添不少特色。明太子玉子:整晚最令人有驚喜的一道菜,玉子剛剛煎好上枱,還帶點熱氣,外層的玉子包裹著明太子,玉子有少許甜味,很有蛋香,加上明太子的鮮甜味中帶有少許咸香,兩者一起非常夾,不過熱食較佳,放涼後味道不夠熱食好。龍蝦:龍蝦爽口彈牙,非常新鮮,龍蝦上

明太子雞翼:雞翼去骨後釀入明太子,雞翼外型脹卜卜,可見裏面明太子之多;雞翼外皮燒得香脆,明太子本身味道已經很鮮,吸收了雞肉的肉汁,充滿了雞的油份。

總括而言,每樣燒物都是下單即製,上枱時全部都熱辣辣,服務細心,望到我們吃完一樣才上第二樣,雖然枱面空間有限,但服務搭救,加上食物質素高,味道一流,但價錢略貴。
