To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同姊姊們嚟食Lunch任點任食，環境不錯，服務也好，但食物質素只是一般。刺身和壽司 - 賣相巳不吸引，味道也是一般，手卷的紫菜也是淋的，很失望呢。銀鱈魚 - 魚肉很滑，魚皮有點香脆，好味道。燒牛扒 - 麻麻哋，Overcooked 咗，又嚡又韌，仲冇牛肉味。燒鯖魚 - 魚皮香脆，有魚味又唔腥，不錯。燒大蝦 - 大蝦爽口但冇蝦味，咸咸香香的，OK啦。燒雞翼 - ＋分之香脆，好味，我都有encore。天婦羅 - 很普通，皮厚又唔脆，啲蝦又有梳打味。呢度嘅燒物比較好味，其他種類就麻麻哋。
