To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年青時就喫這飯店的燒肉, 然後到鄰店源源牛奶公司叫鮮沖,油央多; 直到今時如常, 只是源源已結業.回說永合隆, 到此例必買半斤燒肉, 然後就坐叫豬腳仔齋湯河(因為燒肉出爐時堂喫會搭很多豬頭骨的).燒肉無豬騷味, 彈牙, 皮脆, 還有那微微炭燒肉味, 呀, 就算貴西門要食.豬腳仔之名是因用乳豬, 皮嫩骨脆, 可是味不甚濃, 唯一有可彈之處.恆常保持是店家最可貴之處. 幾十年我到永合隆就是為此.
