To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚突然想食燒肉,見這裡沒有人排隊,同黃兔拿拿聲入去坐,限時90分鐘。用平板電腦落order, 見每款肉都好吸引,但費事眼闊肚窄,最終忍手只叫了四款燒肉,剛落完order不久,好快就上枱了我地叫左:鹽味牛油帶子帶子比較細隻,燒完已經縮小左一半,牛油味不太香,令到帶子味道一般黑胡椒蜜糖豚肉豚肉肥瘦均勻。燒到將油脂迫出,食時不會太膩,兼肉帶點蜜糖味,有點似食豬肉乾可惜無黑胡椒味。牛角上級牛肋肉(原味)牛肋肉顏色吸引,感覺新鮮。燒完不會有牛嘅騷味,肉質有咬口,再點上燒肉汁,腹胸肉(原味)肉色紅潤,不是末解凍就上枱的肉一般,也是感覺新鮮!燒完肉質嫩滑,也是點上燒肉汁,好味海蜇柚子沙律柚子汁酸酸地好惹味,海蜇爽口,沙律菜新鮮,還加入海帶及海藻,好爽口及清新牛角飯不明為何收二十幾蚊-個飯都不是用日本米煮?飯不是日本飯,所以無飯香,兼鬆散紫菜上枱時已經淋左,差最值得讚是,食完不會成身有油煙味

豚肉肥瘦均勻。
