老公提了多次說要食燒肉,我個腦叮一聲就諗起呢間。通風系統好,坐得舒適,店員親切有禮,食物又優質。未開始燒時,叫返啲前菜小食先。<雞泡魚乾>燒雞泡魚乾都係第一次,未燒之前,雞泡魚乾好似透明,脆卜卜,燒咗之後,口感變軟,有啲甜味。<韓式雜菜>沙律菜好新鮮,醬汁有啲微辣。幸得店員幫手燒,才不會浪費了牛舌。<厚切牛舌>店員燒到外脆內軟,口感腍而多汁,略有少許鹽的味道,冇羶味,店員建議點檸檬汁更夾。<飛驒牛肩肉>油花分佈均勻,口感柔軟,有肉汁,油分充足。<壽喜燒風和牛西冷>將黑松露蛋黃汁拌勻,再將成塊西冷浸落蛋黃汁,這片西冷軟嫩多汁,特別矜貴。<辣味牛排湯飯>湯飯最啱天氣凍凍地食,牛排夠腍冇黏牙,肉味濃,湯底微辣。食埋甜品再飲返杯梅酒先。
