To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過燒肉 想食肉肉的 油膩的就一早去拎位6點拎7點15先有得食見個套餐唔吸引 決定散叫雞腿肉(原味)幾滑 燒完幾香 雞皮好脆好好味 😋每邊燒左5分鐘就食得 日本九州極上薄燒黑毛和牛呢個不得之了無從入手唔識燒 好彩有職員過嚟幫我哋首先將牛油搽勻個網然後擺上去燒到變色就可以捲埋order咗要5成熟撈埋過生蛋醬 入口即溶油脂出晒嚟 juicy但係呢個太膩 食一塊就夠日本九州黑毛和牛牛肋肉一開始諗住牛肋肉好瘦冇乜脂肪點知嚟到 見到油脂分佈均勻 就知好好味 😋有啲厚身 但都好快燒熟食落比上面嗰塊更加膩要送埋飯先至食到 牛香味超重最後叫做牛頸脊可能食完上面嗰兩塊呢款完全比下去不過都係好食的 只係冇另外果兩款咁重油脂牛角 一向都係信心保證想食啖啖肉加 重油脂食牛角就啱晒

首先將牛油搽勻個網
然後擺上去燒到變色就可以捲埋

撈埋過生蛋醬

但係呢個太膩 食一塊就夠
