呢個係成餐我哋最期待嘅菜式之一😍,原塊牛柳燒到啱啱好5成熟,再放上當日朝早由日整啱啱空運送到嘅新鮮海膽✈️,最後再放上香蔥。淨係賣相已經冇得輸。海膽拍得住喺日本食到嘅質素🧡,鮮甜creamy。牛柳咬開顏色紅嫰🥩完全冇筋,配埋珍珠飯🍚同秘製蒜味豉油一齊食真係極高質嘅享受。

🔸野原燒 SIRLOIN SUKIYAKI with egg sauce
呢片肉真係大過我哋個頭😨,薄薄一片拎起已經知道係超軟嫰❤️。夾起成塊抹布一樣😹,撈埋新鮮蛋汁同醬油一齊食完全就係食緊壽喜燒嘅感覺😍,用佢嚟收尾食完成餐飯嘅感覺更加深刻。
