To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落旺角探朋友的班,原本兩個人想去飲咖啡,行過這裡見有燒豬剛燒起,幾靚,就買兩條骨送啤酒。兩個人就在店內即吃,燒肉還是微暖的。這裡的豬肉潔白,是新鮮豬肉,皮是芝麻皮,卜卜脆,聽聞還是用炭燒遂隻燒,在香港而言都算難得,難怪這麼多人排隊買。燒肉80蚊一斤,燒腩就90蚊,幾貴,不過佢好食,都要番咁上下價錢。題外話:見下面的食評,說燒肉內找到不潔的東西,看樣子是那些搭來的頭頭尾尾,多數不會潔淨到那裡,所以買燒肉,我多不要那些東西,寧願吃少一點。
