To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鄉下有親戚老遠出城,附近好少少的食肆不多,近年來都是往海港跑.星期天關係,一早已訂好檯,而所有房都闢作一般大堂用.大大小小十一人坐得舒服,但人手可能不足,往往要自己落手落腳擺餐具.魚湯花膠娃娃菜 : 個人幾怕娃娃菜淥得唔夠稔,是日魚湯清甜,娃娃菜菜身夠稔,入味,加上少許紅椒及炸過的蒜粒,的確好冶味.燒汁安格斯肥牛粒 : 完全唔知做乜,燒汁芡好杰,牛肉粒無乜味,加上三色椒炒都救唔返,失敗.東山羊腩煲 : 自從食過妹記咁差既羊腩煲之後,真係求其一間都好食,至少南乳汁夠濃,枝竹炆得恰到好處,羊腩份量足,而且又夠稔同入味,加上用 gas 爐保溫,算係暫時呢個幾月黎食到最好既.琥珀河蝦仁 : 其實即係合桃蝦仁,不過兩者無乜關係,河蝦處理手法同清炒蝦仁一樣,合桃用蜜糖燴過,然後分別上碟,根本兩者無溝埋一齊炒.閩南糯米蒸肉蟹 : 足八兩肉蟹一隻放飯面蒸,蟹汁沁入糯米飯內,味道變得多層次,可惜糯米飯不是生炒,而且比較"濕".如果可以乾身一點就更好了.燒鵝(半隻) : 食過元朗天鴻出爐燒鵝之後,真的有比較,雖然說燒鵝是海港一主打菜,而且半隻足一圍人享用,但鵝身油脂比較多,而且放置一段時間,冷卻了的鵝皮及

陳醋海哲 : 用上海哲頭,混上陳醋及花生,蒜碎及少許紅椒,入口芳香,咬一口爽脆,不過真係唔明,一個前菜竟然係最後至到.

栗子雞煲 : 好一般,雞肉太乾身,而且過咸,食一舊已經停手.

燒腩仔 : 雖然係前菜,但皮脆肉嫩,五層肉紋理清晰,入口豐腴.

再加上椰皇雪蛤同芒果布丁,埋單唔駛一千,既有房坐,又幾經濟吓.
