To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身我好鍾意食燒賣,見到有「創新懷舊香港原味燒賣拼盤」就即刻去試😍有六個唔同款式嘅燒賣:粟米肉粒,沙嗲牛,梅菜扣肉等等,除咗特別仲好好食🤤好juicy,絕對係lunch或者下午茶嘅首選👍🏻另外仲叫咗鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣🤩估唔到咁夾,一食落去仲爆汁😍正!龍芋酥✨都好特別,個皮好脆,裏面有多汁既芋泥加豬肉😋「龍點心」希望藉著新派創意的點心,係保留舊時滋味同時,透過食材創新,味道創新,工藝創新,重新「連繫」那股新舊情懷。大家一定要去試吓☺️
