今日去開佐敦寶靈街排檔,竟然在後街見到個"爆肌型廚"!喺一間叫陶園燒臘飯店門外,有隻巨型燒鵝守門口,十分吸睛。原來呢度嘅荔枝柴秘製脆皮燒鵝最馳名,我就決定今晚斬料加餸,買咗燒鵝下庄($130),同埋叉燒($50),兩樣都係呢度嘅皇牌。事頭婆叫我下次可以試下鹵鵝,話一樣都咁有水準。返到屋企,打開盒鵝,已聞到陣陣鵝香,食嘅時候,覺得d鵝皮嘅荔枝柴香好突出,鵝肶裏面竟然有好多肉汁形成嘅啫喱,食落好juicy,鵝肉滑溜無渣,肉味香濃,鵝皮香口但唔燶,平時食燒鵝會覺得內膽好咸,但陶園嘅鵝一啲都唔咸,食到鵝的肉香,真係要個"讚"。我平時食嘢口味唔重,所以冇點附送嘅燒鵝汁。至於叉燒算好抵食又好食,$50大大盒。叉燒一啲都唔肥,但食落冇渣,仲食到麵豉醬嘅香味。今晚煮碟菜,斬料做餸,簡簡單單又一餐。下次會試下買鹵鵝。
