上星期去左馬鞍山買野,記得有個同事介紹過有間食燒鵝好正嘅,咁就去試下。距離新港城遠啲果邊,近住宅,一過天橋就係,仲可以回憶下以前讀書嘅日子。一去到有好多人等外賣,同埋堂食都唔少人,應該有品質保證喇。下庄大壹燒鵝:黎得呢度必試喇!果然名不虛傳!皮脆肉嫩,肉汁豐富,皮薄而不油。我平時唔食皮嘅都咬左一小口,真係幾香。下庄就有脾食,啖啖肉。黑蒜紅皮炒飯:俾佢個名吸引左,原來紅皮係燒肉皮。有啲黑蒜甜甜地有蒜頭香,飯炒得乾身,粒粒分明。加埋啲豆角令到成個飯有唔同層次嘅口感。拔絲咕嚕肉:不嬲都鍾意食啲酸甜野。呢個咕嚕肉一夾起真係拉絲架!炸到個皮好脆,內面舊肉唔乾,同埋真係有肉架。唔同有啲餐廳個咕嚕肉得舊粉。仲有啲菠蘿係新鮮菠蘿,所以果種天然嘅酸味可以中和返拔絲嘅甜味。正!
