上年父親大人生日試了另一間大牌的燒鵝店,可能期望過高,覺得食物一般。今次長假期就試下呢間陳記,book左位,我地遲到十五分鐘都能入席。是晚點了︰*招牌燒鵝半隻*豉椒炒花蛤*蝦醬通菜鮮魷*豆腐班腩煲*味菜炒鵝腸五人食,大滿足﹗燒鵝 -- 入味而唔會過咸豉椒炒花蛤 -- 好味蝦醬通菜鮮魷 -- 入味,d鮮魷炒得岩岩好。豆腐班腩煲 -- 呢個較為普通,我食個舊班腩炸粉太厚。味菜炒鵝腸 --- d 鵝腸ok,唔會好似上次個間拖水拖得太勁攪到d 鵝腸無哂味。

豉椒炒花蛤 -- 好味
蝦醬通菜鮮魷 -- 入味,d鮮魷炒得岩岩好。
豆腐班腩煲 -- 呢個較為普通,我食個舊班腩炸粉太厚。
味菜炒鵝腸 --- d 鵝腸ok,唔會好似上次個間拖水拖得太勁攪到d 鵝腸無哂味。
