To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今個週日過得很好,因為吃了一頓豐富的午餐。一向知道這個品牌在其飲食集團之中屬於高檔次,不過隨着分店越開越多,印象中食物及服務質素都只屬一般,不過今次朋友安排的這家分店,食物質素和服務都非常好,值得一試。點了竹笙狀元蝦餃、雪茄長春卷、黃金脆皮糯米豬、燒鵝皇、八頭南非鮑魚伴花菇,甜點是芝麻卷、馬蹄糕及杏仁茶。蝦餃大粒好食,餡料新鮮,是典型高級大蝦餃。雪茄長春卷外表很有趣,味道也不錯,春卷的皮很薄,唯一挑剔的是那雪茄招紙很難撕開佢,用手食可能會好一點。黃金脆皮糯米豬比想像中不太肥膩,糯米飯很香,可能是吸收了乳豬脂肪的精華吧。可惜溫度略嫌不夠熱,如果熱一點可能會更加美味。燒鵝皇是我最欣賞的一道菜,在很多地方吃到的所謂皇牌燒鵝常常令我失望,不過這店的燒鵝做得很好,首先鵝的肥瘦適中,肉質也不錯,鵝味濃郁,而且燒鵝的皮烤得夠脆,賣相味道均屬高質素。鮑魚拌花菇的鮑魚固然好食,不過他的花菇更精彩,大粒夠厚身,難得的是他的汁並沒有搶去花菇的香味,配合得很好。三款甜品始終我最愛芝麻卷,其芝麻味很香;杏仁茶夠香滑;唯一不太喜歡馬蹄糕,因為它的表面質感在咬下去時有一種破壁的感覺,與我心目中的馬蹄糕感覺不一樣。

蝦餃大粒好食,餡料新鮮,是典型高級大蝦餃。雪茄長春卷外表很有趣,味道也不錯,春卷的皮很薄,唯一挑剔的是那雪茄招紙很難撕開佢,用手食可能會好一點。

燒鵝皇是我最欣賞的一道菜,在很多地方吃到的所謂皇牌燒鵝常常令我失望,不過這店的燒鵝做得很好,首先鵝的肥瘦適中,肉質也不錯,鵝味濃郁,而且燒鵝的皮烤得夠脆,賣相味道均屬高質素。
