又係下午茶時間,經過棋哥燒鵝餐廳,掛起啲燒鵝十分之吸引。入去整返個下午茶,唔使講,梗係鎮店之寶燒鵝—-瀨啦。餐牌寫明,如果要鵝胸,要加$10。所以我求其叫個燒鵝瀨粉就算數。鵝瀬到,賣相十分之唔錯,睇個樣, 外型十分靚,但係食落去,嗰啲皮好韌,好難摷。嗰啲鵝肉,都係一樣。以燒鵝命名,都可以咁差嘅。但反而嗰啲瀬粉,就唔錯。價錢方面,$48一碗鵝瀬,算係普通唔算貴。但唔包埋飲嘢,凍或熱飲料要加多$5。特飲$8。四十幾五十蚊一個下午茶,唔好要求多多囉。有得食就算數。
