To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叉燒、燒肉、燒鵝、油雞、切雞⋯⋯整整齊齊掛在透明玻璃的後面，色澤鮮明，有的還滴着肉汁蜜糖醬，令人垂涎三尺！燒味很多地方可以吃到，但要好吃就唔係間間做得到。最怕吃到禽畜嗰陣腥味，大煞風景！✨燒鵝拼豉油雞米線✨✨燒鵝拼䜴油雞飯✨燒鵝肉質細嫩，加上陣陣炭火香氣，入口甘香而不膩，外皮又薄又脆，點埋甜酸醬絕配！雞肉亦都好嫩滑，識食梗係食雞背脊啦！😗雖然肉係比較少，但勝在夠嫩滑有雞味。✨馬拉盞炒通菜✨又香又惹味 夠鑊氣！✨酸辣無骨鳳爪✨～酸酸辣辣好開胃蔥油海蜇✨新鮮椰青+$28薄荷葉鮮青檸梳打+$10凍飲加$5特色飲品加$10，我哋係精明嘅消費者梗係揀特飲啦！😁
