To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. /𝐶𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑒🇭🇰/ #sa鰂魚涌篇 ➖➖➖<露營主題西餐廳🏕>➖➖➖近年來好似越嚟越多露營主題嘅餐廳印象中之前都有朋友推薦過呢間餐廳所以今次就試下dinner🤤其實就咁睇個餐廳名都知係camping 主題入面都有啲裝飾擺設係露營用品食物menu 都係呢👍🏻例如:甲羅燒、s’mores✨➖➖➖1️⃣火焰北美大肉蟹 $128 🌟其實上枱嘅時候已經食得～蟹殼入面有絲絲蟹肉份量幾足仲會食到咸蛋黃、本菇本身調味都岩岩好將蟹肉搽上旁邊嘅麵包食就唔怕過咸➖➖➖2️⃣ 營火芝士焗管麵 $155 平時都鍾意食嘅有明顯拉芝效果😋通粉都幾有咬口不錯啦！而且都keep 到微暖👌🏻本身以為係粗管麵原來係通粉～ ➖➖➖3️⃣煮青口 $240/0.5kg鍾意佢有幾多款口味揀口味獨特🫡例如: 香茅椰子水、冬蔭功、清酒海藻、香草白酒、番茄香草同埋麒麟啤酒風乾腸！揀左椰子水🙆🏻‍♀️ 香茅味都幾突出但唔會搶過左青口嘅鮮味青口烹煮時間可以長啲啲🫶🏻➖➖➖4️⃣營火綿花糖朱古力夾餅 $88 平時唔會點食綿花糖但想玩下火🤪所以揀左呢樣甜品綿花糖燒完一陣之後可以加朱古力醬、果仁😍預左偏甜啲啲不過果仁係幾
