係銅鑼灣皇室堡睇完戲又到晚飯時間,上左皇室堡上面睇下有咩餐廳。行到3樓果時見到原來新開左間 ROYAL INN,咁就試下新野。餐廳裝修採用傳統歐式宮廷風格設計,正門有一個古羅馬羅馬噴泉,其他仲有水晶吊燈同沙發,感覺非常華麗。法式芝士焗生蠔(香脆煙肉)($28/隻)芝士焗生蠔做緊優惠,$28一隻緊係要試下。焗生蠔焗嘅時間控制得好好,生蠔可以保持住本身嘅鮮甜,唔怕焗到縮晒水,而芝士同煙肉唔單止無蓋過蠔嘅鮮味,反而令到生蠔係口感同味道上更加有層次。即開新鮮時令生蠔 ($48/隻)食完焗蠔當然要叫埋生蠔試下喇。今日生蠔係由西班牙進口。生蠔比焗蠔更大隻,而且入口有淡淡海水味,加埋cocktail sauce 同檸檬汁,鮮甜程度係焗蠔嘅幾何級數,性價比好高。紅酒燴牛肋肉意大利飯 ($158)意大利飯煮到軟硬適中,粒粒飯都包住香濃紅酒汁。而牛肋肉炆到好淋之餘又唔怕散晒。味道同賣相都好好。燒三文魚香草忌廉手工戒指意粉($168)餐廳採用挪威刺身級三文魚。三文魚用慢煮方法煮熟,以保持魚肉嫩滑,再將魚皮煎到金黃香脆。手工戒指意粉好特別一粒粒而且煙韌有咬口,加上香草忌廉汁,口感豐富。提拉米蘇($68)提拉米
