2021年3月24日與蔡家姐到鴻利住家菜撐枱腳招牌係霸王雞(半隻)$110肥美肉嫰,連雞胸都滑的,必食。台式蚵仔煎$75普通嘅蠔仔煎餅,扣分係因為我食咗好多啖都有蛋殼碎。蝦醬通菜炒牛肉$68夠獲氣,牛肉處理得幾好。椒鹽豬扒$75一般嘅椒鹽豬扒係爆炒炸蒜頭,呢一道改為用花生醬,第一次食,花生醬同豬扒都好夾,豬扒肉嫰,我就鍾意食,如果唔鍾意食花生醬就唔好叫呢道菜,我家姐就唔鍾意,所以只係食咗一件,最後由我全部包底。我覺得佢唔應該嘅椒鹽豬扒,叫爆炒花生醬豬扒會好啲,等人地唔好誤會係用避風塘炒法。
