今日我生日,去左食麥文記。比起隔離個間,佢一定好抵食,比起橫街窄巷的麵檔,佢更抵食。其實昨日已經黎左一次,已經覺得好有驚喜,足以令到我有時間一定會專登去食一碗。30幾蚊一碗餛飩麵咁細碗可能會覺得好貴,但你見到中間隻蝦咁大隻,你會覺得出面個d仲貴。仲記得N年前去屯門個間乜乜乒乓波雲吞,完全比下去。d餛飩咬落去係卜一聲,脆口的,真係無法唔覺得好食。亦都好食過個d蝦毛餛飩多多聲。這是一個傳統的做法,先放匙更在碗,然後把五粒餛飩放下去(你無睇錯,係五粒!),然後再放麵底,上湯後就可以慢用,完全沒有花巧的地方,大大方方,十分得體。餛飩撈50蚊,有六粒,麵底大d,附上的湯是蝦籽湯,完全想像不到,只不過是咸了一點。個牛腩仲誇張,六十幾蚊得個十舊左右,但舊舊都好有份量,尤其係d牛筋位,真係無得彈!**唯一要彈既地方,就係「邊有餛飩麵既湯底係油到咁架!」**
