To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係第一次食正宗嘅印尼菜,位於銅鑼灣一間叫班蘭葉印尼餐廳pandan Leaf既印尼店,又係我最愛嘅斑蘭,佢門口原來係印尼雜貨店,經過小巷入去裏面就係餐廳,夠晒隱世😆,面積唔算大,但佢周圍既裝修都好有格調,完全襯托出印尼既特色,佢哋都係電子落單,我地揀左幾款菜,食得出味道都迎合返香港人嘅口味,令我覺得印尼菜其實都真係唔錯同非常值得推介😍😍😍印尼菜其中一個特色就係佢哋都係五彩繽紛,就好似呢款🍗燒雞斑蘭尖塔飯咁,佢嘅尖塔飯好有特色,綠色嘅就係斑蘭味,其中有個款係三色飯,會有薑黃,斑蘭同埋椰漿飯,佢哋嘅器具都好特別,碟係用咗竹藤編織而成的,除咗斑蘭尖塔飯外佢另外有半隻燒雞,黃豆餅同埋自製醬汁,份燒雞經過醃製燒得好均勻,有微微既蕉香味,肉質都爽嫩,食落唔會乾爭爭,所以燒既時間都係好重要,其次係佢嘅飯,佢嘅米同平時食嘅有啲唔同,但重點係佢嘅斑蘭,斑蘭唔會過分重,溝落飯到嘅份量啱啱好,唔會太油亦都唔會咸,總之唔會有多餘嘅味道,絕對唔會影響本身飯嘅金香味😋😋😋🐮燒牛仔骨花膠湯粉皮:呢個牛仔骨真係有意外驚喜,佢嘅醃製醬料唔識點形容佢嘅味道,甜甜地,非常特別,都係將牛仔骨煎到有啲燶邊,感覺好似燒烤醬咁,

🐮燒牛仔骨花膠湯粉皮:呢個牛仔骨真係有意外驚喜,佢嘅醃製醬料唔識點形容佢嘅味道,甜甜地,非常特別,都係將牛仔骨煎到有啲燶邊,感覺好似燒烤醬咁,肉質都唔錯,唔韌👍🏻👍🏻之餘都好入味,花膠湯粉皮我都唔係好清楚係咪印尼菜,但佢同出面比,整得都唔錯,花膠平得來夠爽,粉皮大大塊,加上經過花膠浸煮嘅清湯,味道特別濃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

🇮🇩印尼小食拼盤:最具代表印尼菜嘅就係小食拼盤,包括有雞翼,豆腐,秋葵,黃豆餅同埋雞塊,另外配咗酸辣醬,佢哋全部都係炸物,其中比較鍾意嘅就係佢嘅豆腐,啲汁鎖住喺豆腐裏面,咬一啖幾乎都流晒出嚟,超入味之餘口感都唔錯,其次係佢嘅雞翼,但得都唔錯味道唔係驚特別醃製嘅,好似原味咁,沾埋甜酸醬特別開胃,其次比較特別嘅就係佢嘅黃豆餅,黃豆餅其實係印尼小食之一,喺日常生活中比較少接觸到呢一款小食,佢個口感粉粉的,有啲硬身,幾乎冇乜味,但可能當地人鍾意佢夠粉嘅感覺😆😆

嘢飲方面我哋分別叫咗🍹柑桔青瓜冰同埋💚(熱)斑薄箭葉橙蜜,佢哋兩杯都有種好特別嘅感覺味道就好似香茅咁,柑桔青瓜冰好fresh,咁熱嘅環境底下飲佢啱晒,雖然柑桔嘅味都唔係好重,但佢青瓜是多到幾乎成屋都係,所以整體覺得都幾新鮮呢個配搭都唔錯,另外嗰杯熱嘅斑蘭橙蜜,我叫咗少甜,佢成杯都係綠色嘅,用咗香茅葉來做裝飾,令到成杯有濃濃嘅斑蘭味之餘再加上香茅嘅味道,聞到特別清香,飲落清清甜甜咁,真係唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
