To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

愛上葱油撈丁！

咁岩上網睇到舊式茶餐廳，就決定去揾一揾有無邊間好食既。大安茶冰廳係轉型前我都去幫襯過幾次，地點唔算話好旺，但都近地鐵站，附近屬於住宅區，星期日中午時間人唔算多。加上全新裝修，坐得好舒服，坐一個下做都ok . 佢新定位做cafe ,食物都係咖啡店既食物，主打簡單食物，例如多士，撈麵，通粉同甜品。我地就叫左蜜糖叉燒太陽旦撈丁同蕃茄公司燴通粉。個撈丁好好味，唔單只份量夠，熱辣辣，最欣賞佢既葱油係用新鮮葱同蒜頭，果種味道係一般油浸葱油完全無得比，對於我呢個葱蒜控黎講，呢個配搭要加300分！至於蕃茄公司燴通粉味道都好唔錯，份量超級大，連男士都食唔曬，蕃茄味亦好濃。雖然佢唔算好平，但性價比超高。本來心思思好想食甜品，但實在太飽，唯有一次再試！推介大家去試下！
