To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們都很久沒去大家樂了~一家三口,又去試試吧~叫了兩個爵士牛扒餐,加了一杯奶茶冰冰,一杯芒果西米冰冰,加了兩個湯,連埋原來的餐後甜品泡芙,兩個餐加埋 $ 110元~(牛扒幾好味,入面都整得幾嫩,啱啱好~真係估佢唔到~),大家樂的扒餐,除了在深水埗鴨寮街,長沙灣道交界那間好吃之外,以前去過好多間都係整得過熟的,因此,對大家樂的扒餐一直興趣不大,現在對附近這間又改觀了呢~希望它會keep住水準~而個酥皮白湯,酥皮都叫Okay的,但~個湯不夠濃,似白"水"多D,焗薯好好味~由其是個汁~ 因為牛扒女兒又咬不到,只好叫個豆腐鰻魚肉粒飯比她~配多個芒果西米冰冰比她~ --->>不過~我試了兩啖,個餸唔好味~怪怪的~照片參考 : http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/kitypanghk/article?mid=4673
