講真,絕對係超級豐富,龍蝦湯底配石班魚、蛤蜊、青口、海鱸、墨魚及虎蝦。



濃稠的湯底,每口都是海鮮的精華,用麵包來蘸點湯汁,更是一流享受。

而我當然係M4澳洲和牛粉絲,伴以鵝肝慕絲,尤其是medium rare的熟成度完美切合我心意,嫣紅的肉質,濃郁的牛味,鬆軟而有嚼口,此時此刻,當然是配上一杯紅酒。



講完主菜,是日另一重點是Live
Pasta Station (1200 to 1400)。

先舀一碗用料十足的Minestrone Soup。



湯底是切得碎碎的馬鈴薯、牛蕃茄、培根、洋蔥及甘筍粒,煮得又夠火喉,所有材料都好軟稔,好味。
