一般農曆年都係食中餐,老闆就反其道而行,選擇咗哩間意大利餐廳嘅半自助午餐,果然明智👍🏻環境唔錯,有海景,侍應招呼好好。佢仲有一個private room,非常華麗,大概可以容納10-12人。頭盤和甜品生果選擇都唔係太多,但都足夠。主菜份量都唔細👍🏻有吞拿魚扒,Gnocchi, Risotto,大家都分別揀咗吞拿魚扒和Gnocchi 。魚好大件,賣相唔錯。我就揀咗Gnocchi ,味道幾好,但嫌淋咗啲,唔夠煙韌!最驚喜係杯咖啡,每杯都唔同圖案,好可愛😍

有吞拿魚扒,Gnocchi, Risotto,大家都分別揀咗吞拿魚扒和Gnocchi 。魚好大件,賣相唔錯。我就揀咗Gnocchi ,味道幾好,但嫌淋咗啲,唔夠煙韌!

最驚喜係杯咖啡,每杯都唔同圖案,好可愛😍

甜品種類不少,賣相吸引。最好吃的是chocolate ricotta cheese cake,蛋糕質地幼滑,朱古力味濃郁;開心果意大利忌廉包(pistachio maritozzi )的忌廉打得細滑,甜度適中,和軟熟的麵包很搭配,開心果碎又加了一重口感;Cannoli 的外皮保持酥脆,中間的lemon curd酸酸甜甜。

Tiramisu 和bread pudding正常發揮,tiramisu略嫌咖啡香和酒香不足,這道甜點還是君悅的Girssini和帝苑的Sabatini做得較出色; Bread pudding 帶牛油香。

其餘的甜品都較失色:泡芙的外皮和曲奇皮已吸水軟化,口感不佳,加上內餡不足,面頭的綠色cream也沒有味道,唯有raspberry jam不錯;松子杏仁餅的質地過於泥狀,杏仁香不足;玻璃杯裝的Orange panna cotta 分3層,面層的橙醬酸甜帶果香,不過中層的panna cotta偏甜,質地也偏流質而非剛好凝固的狀態,底層的orange curd也是偏甜,而且味道和面頭的橙醬近似,對甜點沒有加分的效果。

這次為朋友慶祝生日,平日午市來訪,餐廳只有幾枱客人,入座率不足3成。另侍應都換過人,服務較冷淡;到用餐結尾時,侍應只是隨手放下點著蠟燭的蛋糕就走開,實在令人哭笑不得。比起以前的Mistral,頭盤和甜點雖然保持賣相吸引,但味道都不似預期,唯有主菜較出色。從此心水餐廳中少了一間選擇,實在有點失落。

Mistral 仍然在地庫的時候,試過幾次,質素是有保證的。現在搬上了一樓,景觀開陽了,第一次嘗試他的半自助餐。我們透過open rice 預約,每位$468,連加一,每位大概$520。後來我們打電話去酒店詢問關於小孩價格的時候,才發現原來小孩並沒有特價,與成人同價。另外職員告知如果透過酒店網頁預約及付款,價錢是成人每位$444。因為時間關係,酒店網上預約和付款的名額已滿,我們無法享用特價。但是就着食物的質素來說,每一款食物都10分美味,main course 也算是出色,甜品選擇多種,而且味道有驚喜,其他冷盤也算是中上的質素,生果新鮮清脆美味,意粉新鮮;服務質素方面,也算是不錯的。所以總的來說,今次朋友相聚,環境舒適,景觀開陽,再加上美味的食物,渡過了一個歡樂的下午。如果小童能夠有特價,就可以吸引更多的家庭顧客。當日去到見到基本上九成都是成年人,有小孩子的應該只有我們一枱。
