To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日先就到時間,一家人食父親節晚飯。今次提議來三聖食海鮮。見食評寫這間不錯,就來試下啦。在樓下買了4款海鮮,盛惠2千1蚊。分別有法國藍龍蝦,鮑魚,東星斑和花螺。藍龍蝦是檔主介紹的,見就見得多,但未食過,所以就試下啦。煮法如下芝士焗藍龍蝦伊面 - 伊面都好好食既,但偏咸。最嬲就係2斤半藍龍蝦都冇肉食。檔主仲話好好食,我屁。脆皮鮑魚 - 本來打算叫豉油王鮑魚既。但酒樓職員話唔好食,佢地脆皮鮑魚好出名。咁咪又試下囉。唉,又係失望。清蒸東星班 - 這個做得最好,不太生又不太熟,美味辣酒煮花螺 - 只辣但不入味。然後還叫了4個小菜。叉燒太咸了。燒鵝卻又好好味,皮脆肉嫰。但明明叫半隻卻很小。金銀蛋莧菜 - 一般。啫啫通菜煲 - 漏單了,要追單才有。8個菜,最後要俾多千6蚊埋單。海鮮煮出來還算可以啦。相比上次在樓下間泰字頭係好啲既。希望下次揾到間真的煮得好好食啦。
