To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天父親節,全家到鰂魚涌公園遊玩。其實是<只得細路>開心地在遊樂場玩,家長們都是陪坐。 而公園旁的太古城是高消費地區,所以荷包乾硬化,嚴重發錢寒的晩餐付款人~吾也,選擇在鰂魚涌附近晚餐。 在網上找到這家越南菜,餐牌有香口小食,有湯粉麵飯,又有不同冷熱飲品。完全滿足男性對於啖啖肉,大件夾抵食的願望。超平價格,又可以全家食飽飽,抵!太陽下山後,在六點半左右來到,大量座位。於卡位就座後,要點菜了!   生牛肉湯河粉    自己喜歡牛肉,而熱湯浸出來的生牛肉,肉質是最嫩滑的,這就是越南生牛肉湯河的精髓所在。配上洋蔥,九層塔,青檸汁等天然調味料,非常有越南特色風味。   先把生牛肉浸在熱辣辣湯底內,牛肉剛由粉紅色轉為淺啡色之時,就是牛肉肉質最嫩滑的黃金時間。先把滑滑牛肉消滅,然後才到滑溜的金邊粉。 鮮茄牛腩湯河粉   偷嚐一匙湯底,是鹹鮮中帶甜的蕃茄湯底,絶非罐頭蕃茄醬/勁酸茄膏的貨色。下次要試一試這款鮮咖牛腩河。   沙嗲牛肉飯 因為要迫小米食辣,就由甜中帶辣的沙嗲開始。 而小米看到牛肉,馬上接受這款。果然是真牛肉,跟生牛肉湯河那几片牛肉,是相同貨色。下方墊底的芽菜勁索汁。小米大口大口地,把沙
