To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸媽這次來港,不想太費力周圍跑,決定來體驗一下點心店。來之前是有猶豫的,因為看太多評價說其實一般,不值得排隊等等。最後還是因為這間有名而被打動,決定來看看,如果排很長就不吃。 來的時候正好三人有位可以馬上入座,服務員態度一般啦,門口的那位把其他人要的七人位籌也錯給了我,有些無厘頭。入座後的服務員也手腳頗重,全店服務員皆是如此。但是!我的宗旨是,只要服務不是差,一般是可以接受的,而且點心真的太好吃!爸爸難得有誇獎的食物,這次說酥皮焗叉燒包超級好吃,鳳爪也很入味,還點了牛肉腸粉,陳皮牛肉球,蝦餃,鮮竹卷,馬拉糕,羅白糕。八樣點心,連茶位一共160元,滿足而歸。他們都說深水埗沒來錯!
