To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次都想約老豆媽咪一齊飲早茶，但係因爲工作關係唔可以早起陪佢哋去。不過搵到呢間雖然係粵菜館但係早午都供應自家點心，就帶佢哋嚟試吓啦！👍🏻晶瑩鮮蝦餃：老豆媽咪都鍾意食蝦，呢道點心係必點嘅！晶瑩剔透嘅外皮，包住成隻新鮮嘅蝦，彈性嘅外皮同埋鮮美嘅蝦味，爸媽都讚不絕口！👍🏻懷舊燒賣王：食點心肯定要叫燒賣啦！呢間嘅燒賣個頭都算幾大，豐富嘅肉餡同適當嘅調味，食落去每一口都十分滿足！一口一個真係唔夠喉！👍🏻金湯小籠包：小籠包亦係經典中式點心之一，呢間嘅小籠包帶有濃郁嘅湯汁味道，輕輕一口咬落去直接爆汁！鮮美嘅肉餡同埋鮮美嘅湯汁喺口中爆發嘅瞬間，真係正啊！👍🏻鮮蝦蒜香脆春卷：呢道點心非常特別，蝦柔軟嘅口感、炸得金黃酥脆嘅外皮同埋濃郁嘅蒜香味，令個春卷味道十分豐富！今餐老豆媽咪都食到好滿足，咁樣就值得啦！下次再嚟試下其他嘅點心~
