爸爸每餐都一定要有飯,唔係特別好生冷野,中餐又食到悶悶地,所以生日就帶佢去食西班牙菜,搞搞新意思~前菜/小吃有好多選擇,我地order左兩款croquette,每款兩粒share~ Croquette(西班牙可樂餅)通常會用牛奶同麵粉再加唔同filling搓成圓或方形嘅粒粒,再沾麵包糠去炸。Iberico ham croquette嘅黑毛豬風乾火腿為creamy嘅饀料添加一D鹹香。Squid croquette with “all-i-oli”嘅黑實外表為croquette增加神祕感,咬開即散發著較濃嘅蒜味。細細粒好香口,送酒一流!Tomato bread with Arbequina extra virgin olive oil一份有兩件,我地order叫左兩份。麵包烘得超鬆脆,上面沾滿初榨橄欖油同蕃茄蓉,係一款好fresh又健康嘅小食。Spanish lazy omelette with morcilla & chorizo好特別!Morcilla 係西班牙血腸,用豬血撈埋米用蒜等香料製成黑色嘅香腸,咁大個女都係第一次食,好香又唔算太鹹。Chorizo係煙燻香腸,混入煎到好薄嘅la

爸爸就對Ajillo prawns讚不絕口。蝦加簡單嘅食材包括紅蔥頭、蒜、車厘茄、paprika同辣椒,用橄欖油煎香並浸泡,已經係令人回味嘅佳餚。蝦肉新鮮爽脆,橄欖油雖然多得有D驚嚇,但見住啱啱上碟D bubble仲滾緊好治癒。

Meat tapas 原本想試braised beef cheeck 同 deboned suckling pig,不過未夠八點已經賣晒,好失望。Staff推介off menu 嘅限量Secreto - the “secret” cut from the Spanish acorn-fattened pigs!即刻上網search 下,原來呢個秘密部位位於豬嘅肩胛骨同腰部之間,又叫「胛心肉」。講到咁罕有一於試吓佢,食落口有d似柔軟版嘅豬頸肉,油脂滿滿嘅感覺,大家都好鍾意!仲有薯條做sides 超滿足!

食西班牙菜又點少得paella ~ 離遠都聞到Pica pica paella surf & turf 嘅香氣,雖然份量有D少同有D過鹹,但好有鑊氣,最happy就係有我最愛嘅飯焦!

餐廳好classy,環境、氣氛同食物質素都very good,staff又helpful而且成日主動幫手加水同換餐具,埋單先超意外咁發現原來餐廳唔收service charge!除了食唔到較signature嘅兩款meat tapas,真係冇得彈~
