To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時真係極少嚟荷里活廣場，呢個商場都係以連鎖式嘅食店為主，變相選擇唔算好多，本身都幾鍾意食烏冬，聽過呢間餐廳好耐，不過嚟食都係第一次。薄切肥牛蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬肥牛嘅份量都幾多，好大片而且幾有咬口。蕃茄湯底都幾濃郁，仲食咗幾舊蕃茄，不過略嫌油膩咗少少，唔算令人好驚喜，算係中規中矩。手打烏冬係呢間餐廳嘅賣點，烏冬爽滑彈牙，麵條比較粗身，食落幾有咬口，都算幾唔錯。整體來說，呢一餐唔算特別驚喜，不過未至於會令人失望，諗唔到食乜的話都會考慮食呢間。
