To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣潮熱，今天不想吃飯，於是就來一個米線吧！雲貴香米線店往往見人龍，疫情下也大受影響，所以現在下單後，只等了一會兒，便可踏上歸途。今天我選了三種配料：豬紅、竹笙和腐竹；全部都是較清淡，易入口的食材；配紅薯粉來吃是最好不過。外賣湯底是和食材分開盛載，所以不會有過度浸泡的情況。紅薯粉爽口糯軟，好有口感，我選配了一個微辣的胡麻湯底，非常惹味醒胃，正適合炎熱天氣下吃。豬紅入味、竹笙爽口、腐竹滑溜，材料吸收了湯底的精華，味道討人。不消一會兒我便將整碗紅薯粉吃掉了，非常滿足。
