今日趕住去佐敦開會,但又未食飯,求其入了間粉麵舖,點知食物有驚喜。有名叫正九清湯腩,點可以唔食牛腩,牛腩都有幾款,崩沙腩、坑腩及爽腩,各有特色。清湯爽腩米拼墨丸:爽腩是筋肉位,筋位爽口,帶少許肉,所以肉質嫩腍,想食有咬口既部份一定選爽腩,米粉是用新竹米粉,所以爽口不易浸腍,湯底清甜有肉香。清湯牛三寶麵拼雲吞:雲吞是菜肉餡,牛三寶包括牛肚、牛腩及牛筋,牛筋不會炆至入口溶化,不過都夠腍,膠質豐富,牛腩帶點肥膏,肉質嫩腍不鞋口。最後還加了個腩汁蘿蔔,蘿蔔完全無渣,入口鬆化又甜。
