To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1.鴨大哥嘅主角當然係北京烤鴨。我哋7個人點咗一隻，上枱賣相固然係靚，食落鴨嘅外皮金黃酥脆帶甘香，而部分連肉嘅皮肉質鮮嫩，而且皮同肉嘅比例啱啱好，唔太膩但每啖都食得好滿足；薄餅皮亦Keep住溫度，唔會放一陣就凍晒，滿意。2.點心嚟講鮮蝦餃皇皮薄蝦肉夠彈牙；腐皮卷夠脆；小籠包都肉嫩多汁；鹹水角造型特別；奶皇包味道正常。3.XO醬蘿蔔糕同椒鹽雞軟骨同樣夠香口，但鍾意蘿蔔糕多啲。4.用鴨大哥嘅$100 Cash Coupon，減咗$300之後，每人二百鬆啲。5.回頭指數：🌝🌝🌝🌝（為鴨而回）
