To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實都已經食過北京樓好多次, 今次到沙田分店。 大約晚上八點到達, 店內已經坐滿客人。晚飯 ~ 咸菜$23、北京填鴨$340、醉雞$98、小籠包$78、炸銀絲卷$30、松子黃花魚柳$168、蔥爆牛肉$155、鍋塌二蝦豆腐$128、韭黃肉絲炒拉麵$128、青島$56。 ▫️咸菜 ~ 有少少麻辣味, 滿滿的一大碟。 ▫️北京填鴨 ~ 片皮鴨失準, 仲有食曬所有菜式佢先至到😅。     ▫️醉雞 ~ 酒味唔夠。 ▫️小籠包 ~ 湯汁豐富,幾飽滿。 ▫️炸銀絲卷 ~ 個皮炸得好硬。 ▫️松子黃花魚柳 ~ 甜酸可口, 魚柳外脆內嫩, 可惜炸米通好硬。 ▫️蔥爆牛肉 ~ 正常發揮。 ▫️鍋塌二蝦豆腐 ~ 味道一般吧! ▫️韭黃肉絲炒拉麵 ~ 大大一碟,味道普通啦! 感覺食物失準了😉, 我們7月1號去食,平時有的優惠全部原價, 再加上10點關門,片皮鴨九點幾先到食得好急。🏷️溫馨提示~ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見, 只作參考😊。
