17/5/2012一行4人, 同其中一位友人食生日飯, 壽星想食片皮鴨, 所以我地去鴻星。因為已經book咗位, 所以唔洗等位。(其實呢間鴻星真係無海港城果間咁多人, 可能位置唔就腳啩)4人套餐:原盅雞燉金腿花膠:幾清甜, 都叫做有花膠, 都OK。片皮鴨 (一味2食之1):本物隻鴨比較細隻, 加上佢要1味2食, 所以片出嚟得好少。味道OK, 不過無咩肉。三杯尖炆雞件 (一味2食之2):其實叫做比較多肉的地方已經片咗皮, 所以基本上呢煲野。。。。無咩好食。。99%係骨。蒸海斑:都幾大條, 肉都幾滑, OK。千層蝦:即係蝦多士, 香口, 唔太油, OK。宜蘭肉燥胭脂貝:份量都OK, 炒得幾"野味"。石頭魚湯讚岐素麵:呢個麻麻地, D湯無咩咪, 所以好淡口。糖水:普通野, 紅豆沙囉。壽包:好大隻, 個個都有成個黃。。。好飽。。哈哈。其實我地一心係食片皮鴨, 但好似無想像中好。

4人套餐:
原盅雞燉金腿花膠:幾清甜, 都叫做有花膠, 都OK。
片皮鴨 (一味2食之1):本物隻鴨比較細隻, 加上佢要1味2食, 所以片出嚟得好少。味道OK, 不過無咩肉。

三杯尖炆雞件 (一味2食之2):其實叫做比較多肉的地方已經片咗皮, 所以基本上呢煲野。。。。無咩好食。。99%係骨。

蒸海斑:都幾大條, 肉都幾滑, OK。
千層蝦:即係蝦多士, 香口, 唔太油, OK。
宜蘭肉燥胭脂貝:份量都OK, 炒得幾"野味"。
石頭魚湯讚岐素麵:呢個麻麻地, D湯無咩咪, 所以好淡口。
糖水:普通野, 紅豆沙囉。
壽包:好大隻, 個個都有成個黃。。。好飽。。哈哈。

其實我地一心係食片皮鴨, 但好似無想像中好。
