假期中午等位有D耐,其實眼見入面好多張枱,但全部留晒比熟客,我哋等了大概30分鐘⏱,被安排入座了,在洗手間門口前面🤦‍♀️照坐啦……唔想再企喺個細細窄窄又大風的門口等位了……點了鮑汁鳳爪(例牌)、蝦餃、豬仔🐷造型豆沙包(好可愛呀😍)、XO醬炒腸粉、咸雞粥……鮑汁鳳爪炆到夠晒淋而且非常入味👍,有分例牌和細份量,例牌有6-7隻,蝦餃遂粒叫,一籠一粒,邊位要食先叫😉,我覺得咁樣幾好👍,🐷仔豆沙包一定係小朋友最愛👧🧒❤,XO醬腸粉夠辣好味。

今午撰擇一間曾幾何時最出名吃石頭魚的地方,現在仿似在餐單上消失了。探訪只是想再嘗他們的美食,先點一籠香芋鴨腳扎,芋頭很鬆化,蝦膠加了些肥豬肉,爽口,鴨腳比較細。又點了鴻星蝦餃皇兩件,也是普通,這兩籠沒驚喜。另點了一碟水晶肴肉冷盤,肉質咬落幾爽,涼涼地夏天必吃。另外再點了一碟沙薑豬手粒冷盤,很惹味亦很彈牙,放了一些砌碎的菜絲,有新意,可惜對我來說這碟放得太多油,也許有人喜歡多油夠滑。最後點了龍蝦湯海鮮泡飯,湯很好味,飯粒很脆,帶子砌粒,而小蝦就原隻上,也算不錯。

今日經過尖沙咀順便去鴻星換埋盒蘿蔔糕,返到屋企發現盒糕冇抽真空,心裏有點唔安心,(因為我食咗都有7-8年都未試過無抽真空),打電話去問佢哋,佢哋話除咗年糕先至有抽真空,其他的都係在店內自己做,唔係工場做,所以冇抽真空,佢話店內做重好食喎,真係唔知會唔會好食d,但如果比糕我個陣時,個職員同我講聲我可能覺得會好d,又或者我自己決定會否在這個店換,唔洗等我返到屋企拆開個盒放入雪櫃時先至發覺冇抽真空,(因為疫情的關係感覺上好似冇咁衞生)😩

第一次去呢間,打算食大閘蟹套餐,星期六中午去到,估唔到都幾多人,等左差唔多半個鐘先有位。坐底左叫左2人大閘蟹套餐,每人3隻蟹,可以2隻2隻咁上,6隻只有1、2隻比較多膏,但都唔可以話係爆膏,其他就冇咩膏,宣傳資料話有5兩重,但目測估計只有約4兩重左右,有啲失望。其他菜式正常,炸豆腐好脆,肴肉都好膠好食,荷葉飯份量足而且上面啲臘肉碎都好好味。另外,值得一贊係招呼好好,啲姐姐好有禮貌,唔小心整跌左杯花雕酒,佢即刻換俾我。

食到呢碟小菜個陣已開始有d 飽肚既感覺. 
但呢隻鮑魚整到十分淋身. 一切就能迎刃而解. 
配上大花菇和大白菜, 好基本的組合, 但在呢度感到有點與別不同.

呢個飯可以話係小海鮮既大集薈. mix 埋一齊加上預先調配味道既飯粒.
整個飯都好好吃, 只是大家都好飽關係要打包走人.

食埋個簡單糖水, 大家都捧著大大的肚子而開心的氣氛再恭賀我阿哥後離開.

这间红星去了很多次还是第一次点评,位置在k11附近,停车不方便.服务不错。环境很挤逼这是香港餐厅的通病了。以这个价格,这样的出品只能算是中等吧。金猪捞起风生水起,过年流行菜式,做得还不错,放了一些芒果,带些酸味,很开胃。甜桃炮圣子王,圣子王切得太碎,浪费了。应该每位一隻来炒,试过有一个师傅整隻上,卖相又好又好味。葱蒜海中虾,分量很大,过得去吧。羊肚菌竹笙上素包,食材比较高级但没有味道。元贝响螺炖鸡,全晚最好的一个菜,竟然是这个汤,汤料一大碟,而且汤料也很好味道。清蒸海虎彬班,很大的一条彬斑,蒸得火候刚刚好,鱼肉很嫩,酱油也不咸,好味道,很不错。花胶金钱鲍鱼,鲍鱼是罐头鲍,很一般。花胶倒是不错,算很厚了,花菇也不错。酒酿脆皮鸭,这是鸿星的得奖菜式,不过这次皮不够脆,肉不够嫩。沙煲叉烧炒饭,一大窝炒饭,过得去吧。口渴指数:2级~(口渴指数,由一级到五级,一级,是最不口喝的,五级,是最口喝的)油腻指数:二级~(指数,由一级到五级,一级,是最不油,五级,是最油腻的)

金猪捞起风生水起,过年流行菜式,做得还不错,放了一些芒果,带些酸味,很开胃。
甜桃炮圣子王,圣子王切得太碎,浪费了。应该每位一隻来炒,试过有一个师傅整隻上,卖相又好又好味。

其實佢本身都係一間好普通至極嘅酒家本身已經唔係好好食而家仲要整到好難食價錢仲要唔係實惠嗰隻所以大時大節唔使book 都有四成嘅 空置率一入門見到咁少人 已經心知不妙個燒乳豬係脆身嘅龍蝦伊麵淡而無味to be fair龍蝦係幾新鮮但係新鮮食材可以整到咁樣 真係嘥曬本身佢個 脆魚 餐前小食亦都慳家咁樣cut咗其實你 做返好啲嘢食唔使慳 都客似雲來我都未試過咁難食嘅焗螺頭佢竟然用 椰菜花 嚟墊底普通嘅葡汁亦都淡而無味炒飯乾爭爭佢嘅主打蛋白杏仁茶就好似攞啲滾水溝咗啲杏粉再加啲蛋白入去咁樣連酒樓都做成咁樣你叫啲人點樣買你啲蘿蔔糕同月餅
