生日月梗係瘋狂食生日飯,今餐食我另一至愛片皮鴨☺️☺️烤北京填鴨(半隻)片皮鴨唔會切得太厚或薄岩岩好,最重要係啲肉唔會烤到乾爭爭!鴨皮香脆,上菜時會另外有一小碟鴨皮,待應姐姐教我哋點砂糖食,入口即溶!除咗一般嘅片皮鴨配料青瓜、京蔥同甜醬外,仲有哈蜜瓜同特製嘅蜂蜜黃梅醬,口感相當豐富仲可以帶出鴨香,而哈蜜瓜嘅清甜令到整體冇咁漏😋 最抵讚嘅係每塊餅皮都有用紙隔住以免痴埋,幾貼心!☺️古琴酸菜魚 (每位)一坐低就見到佢新推出「夏日嚐鮮」set menu,懶得諗食咩最岩食呢啲,但份量好似都唔少,所以我哋單嗌兩位份量嘅酸菜魚,原來係咁樣一碗上🤣 魚嘅份量比想像中多,肉質仲要夠晒滑,湯底亦好夠麻同酸🫣南翔小籠包皮唔會過厚,仲要一咬即刻爆汁🤤要記得小心熱😂招牌擔擔麵🍜個人幾中意呢款麵,夠彈👍🏻但花生味可以再重啲會更好!
