在香港有不少日式放題和自助餐,不過以中式為主題的不多,今晚便來到一間以頂級京菜自助餐為主打的食肆。以入座時間計算兩小時,放題套餐$228一位。入座後,侍應會送上砂鍋花膠雞湯和原隻鮑魚花菇。砂鍋花膠雞湯,味道濃郁,感覺像燉湯一樣。原隻鮑魚花菇,鮑魚和花菇炆煮得很入味,值得一讚。小菜:翡翠炒蝦仁、東坡肉、江南素齋、上湯翡翠苗、乾扁四季豆、熗炒土豆絲、糖醋魚塊、宮保雞丁、四川回鍋肉、椒鹽排骨、水煮牛肉、酸辣湯。我推介酸辣湯和東坡肉。酸辣湯,酸辣度剛好,材料豐富,味道正宗。東坡肉,腩肉肥美,醬汁入味,皮和脂肪入口溶化。涼菜:四喜烤夫、麻辣多春魚、京式素鵝、五香牛肉、涼拌小云耳、花雕醉雞、醉翁蝦、手拍青瓜、涼拌小茄子、鎮江肴肉。其中以醉翁蝦,酒味濃郁,蝦肉新鮮、爽口、彈牙,最為突出。飲品有豆漿、竹庶茅根水和汽水。而重頭戲,當然是片皮鴨,每人只可以每次取四片,不過由於食肆已經準備好大量片皮鴨,所以輪後時間不會太長。片皮鴨皮脆肉嫩,加上京蔥、哈蜜瓜、青瓜和甜醬,再用薄薄的皮餅包著,味道層次豐富。點心有山東大包、椰汁蒸/炸饅頭、生煎鍋貼小籠包、紅油抄手、上海春卷。我覺得小籠包,皮薄多汁,最值得推薦。甜
