To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 心血來潮想食片皮鴨,又見假期,就book左19:30晚飯。之前book位果時冇留到鴨,諗住去親都冇乜人,點知咁岩果日有飲宴,冇得食,所以今次醒目問定有冇。一如以往,酒樓都係坐唔爆,我就係鐘意佢靜靜地,而且樓底都幾高,感覺唔會好焗促,唔似其他酒樓背貼背,嘈到聽唔到人講野咁。成個環境都幾高檔次。雖然佢呢到茶介$16一位,但茶沖得唔錯,味道濃郁但唔會苦,有回甘味道我地點左一個湯、片皮鴨兩食同一個沙拉骨片皮鴨$468一隻兩食,佢冇得選半隻,而第二食就生菜包肉松。店員(看似經理)會俾隻鴨你睇一睇,然後就會係你面前片。而且會上埋兩碟醬料,一碟青瓜和一碟大蔥。鴨終於上碟了擺得好似朵花咁靚,仲有兩碟皮跟埋。個皮上碟時熱辣辣,每塊中間佢都會夾一張紙防止痴住,個皮略嫌厚左少少,不過都非常軟熟!而且每塊都有啲芝麻係面,特別香口。聘珍樓既片皮鴨真係好出色,皮好脆,又唔肥,鴨味濃郁,包住青瓜和蔥一齊食,中和左鴨皮的油膩,超滿足今次隻鴨片出黎好多,起碼20塊,本身跟既皮都唔夠包,於是就加左一碟。個經理見我地點多碟,佢就話切果時都覺得隻鴨好大隻,如果再切就食唔晒....😨食到一半湯就來了⋯鯪魚球生菜湯一上煲湯既時候

一上煲湯既時候嘩左一聲,冇諗過鯪魚球咁大粒,入面有好多生菜同幾舊豆腐,出奇地餸多過湯。鯪魚球好實,豆腐並非用滑豆腐,所以豆味濃好多,啖湯好鮮,一啲都唔似味精湯,生菜亦好爽口。

淨係影左生菜碟肉松掛住食唔記得左,經理話係用雞脾肉做肉松,都唔知真還是假呢...都係好大碟,菜又唔夠包,我地又叫左碟....

埋單差不多900蚊,拎指定信用卡有10%。
4個人食,啲野咁大碟其實又唔算貴。係有啲唔忿氣另加既菜同皮各自收左30蚊,
無論係飯定呢兩樣野餐牌都冇寫價錢...侍應又冇開到聲
