To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大約晚上六時十五分到,叫左片皮鴨,不過原來漏單,問我地要唔要,當然叫佢幫我地落單,上菜了,配料完成不合比例,問過當晚經理是公司配既比例問題不過經理都知道 其他服務人員都十分講究優質服務,只有經理高人一等不用理會客人意見,斯只跟公司規矩不會變通,可能客人重要性已經不重要,當一位經理最重要是跟從公司規矩做事,來了很多次覺得食物質素非常好,未遇到當晚經理前,一直覺得服務也不錯,不過之後都不會再嘗試了,從未試過有的經歷,希望之後會有改善,令其他客人能夠嘗試一下美食之餘,能有好體驗
