食牛專門店近年多了,價格偏貴,當然品質一定有番咁上下。最近銅鑼灣原來開了間日式牛丼專門店,上網睇過價格,價錢相當合理,於是乎走去試下。店子小小,食堂風格。日藉老板在門外派宣傳單張,親力親為。店員服務態度也不錯,全是日本人管理模式。壽喜燒升級版套餐 $189講明升級版即係材料靚啲啦!牛肉鮮嫰色澤,入口鬆化,少少的脂肪位不覺膩反而増添脂香,再蘸少許生雞蛋,口感更加滑溜。壽喜燒最講究湯汁,甜甜地好惹味,所有配菜吸收了湯汁精華,滋味無窮。套餐另有小食兩款,蛋卷和煮物,還有麵豉湯和白飯,其實份量頗多,超級抵食!
